Return request must be raised within 7 days of the product being delivered.
Only products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect are eligible for return or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return
1. Email us at info@thelucent.in with your Order ID, reason for return, and product images (if damaged/incorrect).
2. Our team will verify the request and arrange a pickup or share return instructions.
3. Once received and inspected, a replacement or refund will be processed within 3–5 working days.
Refund Process
Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
